Thanks for the birthday wishes,they seem to come quickly. This past year I was able to maintain my weight loss,which was a first for me. On Sunday I will be 49,almost entering my 50's and they hopefully will be healthy years too. Colleen stay strong and you wont go wrong.......Cambridge truly is the golden ticket to wellness.
