the 17,0000 steps sure does help, but I intend to walk a couple of miles a day and use my stationary bike each morning. I hope to burn more calories than you do in order to win the most weight loss.
However, it is not what we know we should do but actually doing it. That's my problem, but I am hell-bent on getting some traction this time.
