Hi, We were on here at the same time, early fall 2007. I've been doing ok(+-) until about a month ago...travel and sweets did me in!! It's so nice to have the security of Cambridge diet to fix my weight gain. I still have plenty to loose, I hope to be done by the summer. It's nice to be back on the board with fellow dieters!
