You can do it Suzie!!! I didn't start this challenge when everyone else did. I started two days ago (today is day 3 for me), so I'm not even focused on winning the challenge, just focused on being part of the group and in doing the best I can do. I've struggled so much, back and forth, over the past few months with staying on it, and i know we all have experienced it.
I mean, let's face it, Cambridge is a bit like food boot camp ha I'm proud that I've made it through two of the hardest days so far, and you'll be proud when you do it too!
Just think... do you want to look back later and say "No, having my dreams come true wasn't as important as putting something into my mouth". When I thought about that last week, it made me really go back to the basics and think "it's really all about the simple act of putting something into my mouth or NOT putting something into my mouth". How weird is it that so many of my dreams coming true can be reduced to that ONE decision.
I wrote this for you AND me, as I need the constant reminder too. Hope it helped. Someone else may or may not win this challenge, but if we win a challenge within ourselves that's going to be the real victory (((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))
