Isn't it great to live outside of the box? We all see ourselves a certain way,thinking in terms of our comfort zone. Having a conversation with no possibilities, saying I can't do it. I'm not athletic etc.... I know first hand because I was one of those people.
I am up to 18 miles riding on a mountain bike. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I was capable of achieving this. But with determination and perseverance anything, and I mean anything is possible!!!!
