Thanks for the response. All of you have done so well on the program and I hope that I can do it too. I was married to an Italian for years and now I have two little Italian/cajun children that LOVE to eat...so I have become a 24/7 cook!! Everything revolves around food and changing that is going to be a true challenge for me. I'm going to take your advice about food prep in advance and I will save the oats for dinner. Today is day 1 for me. I hope I didn't offend you by saying that you make it seem easy to do, its just that all of you are always so inspiring and enthusiastic ...it makes me think I can do it too. So here I go...
