Oh gosh I agree with everyone else, it's NOT easy, at least the first few days for sure! I've started and stopped more times than I can count (I finally ran out of fingers and toes to count it on, so I guess I HAVE to stick with it this time, huh? LHOL)
I ALMOST didn't start this past week cause this (stupid) little voice inside of me said "well, your folks will be here this weekend, blah, blah, blah". But my folks are my biggest supporters in this and order Cambridge too, etc... so that was so silly of me ha Sure enough, having them here probably really helped me stick to it last night. They're here again today for my day 4, and I"m really thankful that I went ahead and started. I keep seeing that ketosis light at the end of the tunnel after the next day or so ha (we also all played our Wii which gave us lots of exercise, and it's FUN exercise, so you don't feel like you're working out until you're done and dripping with sweat!!!)
I ALSO have to make dinner for my family. It's really the hardest part, isn't it? but lately I've been building myself up by feeling STRONGER than they are (dont' take that the wrong way, I'm not trying to make them feel weak ha) When I fix the meal I just think something silly and smug, like "oh you silly people who have to eat food, here you go... I'm part of an elite group who uses a more fundamental and perfect form of nutrition... wish you could be up in my elite group, but oh well, here you go, here's your "food" hahahaha (all of it in my head, of course haha)
I love everyone's suggestions and I agree. I also investedin some frozen pizzas, Lunchables and spaghettios, etc. for my 15-year old son to keep him going on the days i don't want to cook! ha My honey I got sandwich meat and bread and chips too. heck, they won't starve LHOL
