YOU CAN!!! I have been on this Board for two years now and I still haven't gotten to my goal weight. I am hoping that this Challenge stimulus will be the charm.
Your children must be GORGEOUS with their heritage.
The kids follow YOU. IF YOU start having a healthy relationship with food, so will they.
Keep shaking and drinking your water.
