What a wonderful quote! I just wrote it out on some pretty card paper and tacked it to the wall. It will not only help me, but my youngest son who has Aspergers. He is always fretting and worring about all the "bad" stuff he does. I told him, ever time he starts saying "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry", in that little boy voice, He now has a place to go and read about HOW to let it go! Thank you, this will help him greatly!
