Don't feel alone!!

I have been going through the same thing. I have lost a little during this challenge,,but I haven't been able to ss for more than a few days. I can blame it on stress,,,,but,,,I am suppose to be able to take control over my own body,,,so I have been told,,,,,,,,,,so, I am starting today,,,,,,,,,,,,let's just do this one day Diane,,,we can worry about tomorrow when it comes.
