Dieting is not easy. You have to make the comittment and stay focused on what you want the outcome to be. Keeping a journal is a great way to stay on track. Also I find that instead of reaching for food in between your shakes, have your water bottle near by. Water will give you that full feeling and so you wont want to eat. If you still have the urge to eat,find other things to do. Get out of your house and go for a walk. Remove yourself from the temptation. Also make sure that while you are ssing to not have any foods in the house that will trigger you to eat.
You could lose a lot of weight by your birthday. Think of something to reward yourself with once you lose 10 LBS and so on...........
