Whenever we have a challenge it gets everyone all fired up...and then it gets quiet for a while. I would like to think it is because everyone is concentrating on their diets, but it sometimes means they have gone off track and don't want to post about it. It is never too late to recommit so hopefully anyone out there that has stumbled will get back on their feet and finish. I want every contestant to email me their final weigh in, even if they did not get the results they had hoped for. There is no way to predict who will win this thing so make the next 4 days count!
