You are right Diane E! The simplest and most direct way to do this is SS. If you do want to add a meal it HAS to be very structured and planned in your day and no more then 300 to 400 calories for a woman. It is super easy to exceed the amount of calories it takes to maintain your weight so if you want to get this over with I say just do it and get it done.
