reading is great.....but if you want to take it to the next level...participating on the board was a turning point for me. I feel like it may have made the difference in me being successful. I have kept off 75 lbs for over a year now. I have transformed my body 100%. I workout 3-4 days a week, I can run on the treadmill, Basically I'm a different person. I did all the work to get to this point and the one thing that I feel has made a difference is this board....which I post on multiple times a day.... and of course I still drink Cambridge everyday

Everyone can do this...just keep doing it everyday and you will get to your goal
