The energy and enthusiasm in your post comes from accomplishing what you set out to do. Living your life with integrity.
I have kept off my 47 LBS,actually prior to starting Cambridge I had lost 10 just but cutting out junk and carbs.
So I have kept off roughly 57 LBS for over a year too.
And like Molly I now workout.And as you all know I will be competing in my first triathlon this June.
My life has changed for the better,this is possible for everyone on this board to get to goal.
Believe in what is possible.
We all deserve wellness in our lives!
