Hi Everyone,
This is my second day of strict SS...when I say strict I mean I haven't cheated at all....and it feels pretty good. I am sitting here at work having my lunch shake....and I'm OK.
Yesterday was the real test...it's Nurses Week and at the hospital I work at they had a Make you own, Ice Cream Sundae Bar during lunch..it had everything....it was so tempted....I walked in the room to tell a co-worker something and did an about face and walked right out....I barely finished my sentence..I knew if i stayed someone could have talked my into having a taste of something, so I just removed myself from the situation which was best. I actually felt empowered doing that.
Well, just wanted to check in for a min. I really need to at least post once a day..it helps me. So, I hope all of you are doing well and I hope you dont get tired of hearing me babble on and on.
