Hi all I was wondering what most of you do with the camb? Do you just drink 3 shakes a day or do you add a meal? I have been having a evening meal mainly grilled chicken and veggies or just grilled veggies..was just wondering if this would really make a big difference in the weight I lose? I have a 3 year old daughter and I want her to see me eat as well as drink so she doesnt grow up with a distorted way of eating/dieting if that makes sence? Anyway any info would be appreciated
I cant find anywhere on here how much wieght people have lost on average of doing this diet any info there would be great as well Thank you have a great day
