Ty for replying so quickly :-) I would rather just stick to the shakes cause it is easier for me to not have to think about eating but when my daughter asks me why I am just drinking and not eating it worried me that she is noticing and I just dont want to set her up to think she needs to do the same since she kind of follows what we do as parents ..Again Ty for your post have a great day
