Thanks for the welcome. Still going really well. I can't understand why anyone would do another diet. Yes, I do live in the UK (Wales actually) but I come from South Africa origionally. Anyone I ever met from SA that came over here just picked up astronomical amounts of weight. Must be the misserable weather. I put my origional weight gain down to that and giving up smoking ( although to be fair I was here two years before I picked up weight - coinciding with giving up the ciggies 
. No longer a problem though as I have finally found something to help get all the fat off....YAY
. So now you know me.
