I have found in my experience ( all ten day of it) that when I just have shakes I lose an average of 0.5 to 1lb per day. If I have a small amount of protein with some fat (like a scoop of chicken with full fat mayonnaise) instead of a shake I tend to almost triple my wieght loss (apparently the body can metabolise better with a bit of fat or oil). This might just be because I have not been on the plan for very long but seems to work for me. Yesterday I had lost 11lb, I had 2 shakes and about 2 tablespoons of shredded chicken and mayo (figuring that protein won't upset my levels of ketosis) and this moring I had lost another 3 lb. Am thinking of taking some omega 3 essencial oils to help boost weight loss.
