Hi Carol,
Thanks for making me welcome and for your words of encouragement - how has the diet been for you? I've just read Pam's story on the website and she lost 125 lbs in 6 months which is amazing. I have 84 lbs to lose but never imagined I do it as quick as that. I love the quote - I'm going to copy and enlarge it and put it above my desk. Thanks
