I am in maintenance for over a year,but I still go up and down 10- 15 lbs. When I started out 3 years ago I was a size 14/16. I got down to a size 8P,but right now I am in my 10's. I think some of it has to do with all the changes I am going through,pre-menopause,weekends,LOL!! I always make sure to have Cambridge as my nutritional foundation. I also make sure to exercise and drink plenty of water.
