Hello all. I am on my 4th day of the Cambridge Plan. The first two day I allowed my self one veggie patty no bead, no cheese, once a day. After further research I learned it is best to stick w/ Cambridge Drinks only. This is day two w/ no added food. I have ordered some of the meal replacement bars. I go to Florida in five weeks. What do you think is a realistic weight loss goal? Wish me luck.
