Happy Fourth of July

As we celebrate July 4th Independence Day,we need to remember to celebrate our own independence. This year lets change our relationship and dependence with food. No one wants to be a slave or victim to a life of emotionally eating. With Cambridge we can be free of the limitations of yo-yo dieting and emotional eating. We are free! We are independent! WE need to celebrate our independence every single day!
