Newbie here... I'm actually on day 2. So far so good. I've actually snagged one of my mom's cans and am going strong on that. I really enjoy that (rich choc shake). This girl's gotta have her chocolate.
I've noticed that there are soups to try. Anyone recommend which one is the best?
No time like the present to start being nicer to myself. It all starts with the weight. I'm tired of it holding me back from my life and all the things I've always wanted to do and either not been able to do because I was too self conscious about the weight or just from the fear itself. I'm not going to let the fear dictate my life anymore. In fitting with the upcoming holiday, I'm declaring "independence"!! I'm going through a very confusing time in my life right now, but I'm trying to work through that. I know in the end it's what makes me happy and I want to be HAPPY!, and I'm not afraid of it anymore. I've denied myself the chance to be happy for so long and I'm finally ready to shed the "security", break out of my shell and let go..
I know I have a lot to lose, but I'm not looking at the big picture. Taking it one day, one pound at a time. I will eventually get there.
