Thanks Pam for the welcome!! Was recently diagnosed with PCOS, endometriosis with hypothyroid, and really need to get the weight off, before the symptoms get too out of control, if that's possible. I don't wish to become pregnant, so that's not part of my problem. That time of the month is absolutely excruciating pain for me and I am trying to fight off another surgery at this point (I've already had 6)... So, I am hoping this is the key to getting a good chunk of the weight off and becoming "normal" again... and hoping to avoid surgical menopause at my young age of 35.
