Hi All. My name is Shaun and I'm new to this board. I've been inspired by your stories - thanks for sharing your ups and downs (all puns intended!). I've decided to go on SS and hope to lose 25 lb by my birthday on Aug 21. My 50-day reverse countdown begins tomorrow (great idea, by the way) and I'll need all the encouragement I can get!
