Good morning to all:
Finished Day 2 and am looking forward to another stimulating day, knowing that after 31 days I will be transformed!!
I was to have my annual medical check up on the 15th of this month. However, since I have gained so much weight, I have re-scheduled the appointment until after Labor Day. Thanks to this contest, I will be back to the weight I was last year before I lost all the weight and won't have to hear my doctor scold me again for my indiscretions.
Off to the bicycle and to watch Wimbledon and Roger Federer (now that's a specimen of fitness).
