Days 49, 48 and 47

Days 50 and 49 went surprisingly well but I cheated on Day 48 by having a gin and tonic - which is strange because I rarely drink! And today (Day 47) I had a cappucino. But I have stuck with my 4 shakes a day. Hope I won't be tempted to cheat tomorrow!
