I am so fired up. I am not sure if you and I are the only ones in this contest or not Yvonne. Maybe some are waiting till the 4th is over,,,which I understand. I do want to get at least 15 pounds off this month. My work is my exercise. I am a custotian in the summer,,work four, tens. Between painting, hauling desks out of rooms, washing windows, shampooing rugs, dustiing and walking back and forth,,,the idea of doing further exercise is too overwelmiing. I am 62 years young but don't have the zip I use too.----------I am feeling the energy cambridge gives when ss'ing. HAPPY 4th OF JULY!
