Yvonne, How are you doing? Pam, How many are doing the challange? Today was hard, but having energy is worth it. Another thing that has been helping me this evening-----water painting. I have never tried it before. I like to draw. I am not very good at it but,,,it keeps me busy and out of the fridge.
