You'll make it Yvonne. As far as commercials go...I found that it really saved me if I immediately closed my eyes during food commercials. The dialog won't get you, but the images will. Besides, we all know that the food you actually get at those places has no resemblance what so ever to what they hand you in that bag. Fast food causes more misery in this world then just about anything else I think. It is full of chemicals, fats, sugars, salt, preservatives, and an assortment of potentially cancer causing, artery clogging, genetically modified corn and soy based non-foods that have absolutely no benefit to the body other then to create fat and disease. So would you like frys with that?
