This is going to be fun. For once my attitude about losing weight is on the right track. Let's keep it up. My goal is 20 pounds,,,but since it will make it my goal weight,,it may be tough. I did turn down, homemade cinnamon rolls, cake and ice cream today at work----------that's a lie,,,I had about 1 oz. of the cake,,caught myself and stopped!!! Miracles still happen
