OMG, thank you thank you, i needed that, last night i went over to my friends house to finish up her computer and theyw ere having dinner she offered me some spagetti i nearly ate it then i pulled away and said please my friend dont do this to me as I am trying so hard to take off this weight for my health, so she left the room i finished the computer, and as i was walking out the door she gave me a tupper ware bowl full of spagetti and said a little wont hurt you, you need to eat, now mind you she is from a family of very HUGE people including herself, i looked at her with tears in my eyes and said my friend I cant please your making this hard as my wilpower is so low and temptation is right at my finger tips, she pushed it into my hands and i walked out the door, i got home with it only living 10 doors down, it smelled so good but i threw it in the trash, washed the tupperware bowl and will return it today, telling her another lie emmm it was so good, which then makes me feel like a liar but i just cant tell her i threw it away.. Anyways thank you for the story u told as it helps me, i am weak but i need help in keeping up my spirits i need to do this dang it as my health is not real good.. your an angel thanks again and again..
