Misery LOVES company, Chrissy! It's usually the obese ones that say," Oh, you have to eat!" Why?
So you can stay like them?
Mark my words, as soon as you have an appreciable loss and you visibly look thinner, she will be the first to discourage you and WHEN, not if, you get to your goal, she will no longer be your "friend". So, I say start looking around for some new acquaintances. I have lived with people ALL MY LIFE that have been pushing food on me and I have been eating it, like a human garbage disposal. NO MORE!! I am asserting myself as a human being, as a woman, as a person who likes herself to be THIN!! You can do the same. Stay away from people that don't respect you when you say "NO!" Doesn't that tell you something? She would rather disrespect your wishes rather than be uncomfortable by not having you eat her food.
You make the choice. I am SO proud of you. And for people like that (she very well may be a very nice lady in other respects), a little white fib won't hurt. The spaghetti WAS delicious, you just didn't eat it
