Great post Pam. As always full of words of wisdom.
Dieting for the most part is an opportunity for us to become someone else. Whether that someone is the person we used to be or some person we think we want to be, we are quite unlikely find happiness at any weight until we accept the person we are inside. This is often a difficult process but one that is well worth the effort. Once we've accepted the person we can address the specific needs that often lead to the excess weight to begin with.
