Oh I wouldn't worry about that day off AT ALL. As you say, you've done great 9 out of 10 days, heck that's a GREAT percentage!!! And you went out and WALKED, which is the BEST. I don't consider what you did as stumbling at all, you just gave yourself an unplanned "free day", and now you are back on a running start. I think you're doing great!!!!!!!
