You are so insightful, Pam. That's what I love about you. Sometimes, I am too close to see the truth.
But, you are absolutely right about sequestering me for himself. Well, I'M COMIN' OUT!!! I am so psyched this time that I can taste it. I have even started back with my Bowflex (which has not been in use since 2006). But, I used it last night and it wasn't so bad.
I'm ready to hit the track at our community park right now. My sneakers await me and so does that dress!
