I am making a vow to myself that today is going to be a ss'ing day. Yesterday was much better than the day before. I will use guava (sp) for my oatmeal. I also am going to check in under this post and let you know how it is going. (also if I have SNAPPED at anyone cause I am flustered at myself for getting in this position in the first place) Plus I will be praying for Pam everytime I want to eat. (boy, Pam you will be getting lifted up in prayer quite a bit today!!)
