Weigh day went well

Hello. My weighing and measuring went well. I lost 3 inches and 5lb this week. I have reached my BMI and now have my application to become a cambridge councellor. So im hoping my training will begin soon so I can help others achieve what I have. I would still like to loose another 14lb but I have achieved the bulk so I am feeling very pleased with myself for once.
