So sorry to have dropped off the face of the earth. It was a very challenging month, death and illness prevailed among my family and friends. It got so bad that it was almost humorous. Work accusing me of killing people to take off.

There were trips and time away from home and another month without the result I need. I forgive myself and am just glad to have been able to be available for the important passages.

Ok, I'm going to read and catch up. I think it's been almost a month since I've been around. I hope everyone is doing well and losing!

First, I'm going to make a shake.
