I just read it and it is one of the best things I have ever read! I was being pushed in to getting surgery but it totally freaked me out and now I am SO glad I didn't! Pam's words are so inspiring and knowing that she has done this herself with her major weight loss and keeping it off for so many years makes me know that I can believe her when she tells me I can do it too. I am so grateful that I found her and this amazing diet and this board. I have never felt so much hope about my life. Thank you Pam!
