I feel the same way. I think they need to be more respectful of these people. I think the focus should be on teaching these contestants life skills,but not using any form of humiliation. Just my opinion! And yes, you are probably right in your assumption. I am sure they had to agree to say things in order to be on the show.
I do love the show though! Seeing the transformation is so inspiring.
