Thank you Pam.....I'm with you on this one.....I started my Cambridge journey on October 19th 3 years ago and I never looked back. I've kept off the original weight and I've even lost more.
I would encourage anyone to do this through the holiday's....while everyone else is gaining you will be losing. It was actually pretty fun!!!!
