Hi all, hope you are doing well with your weight loss journeys!!
Sorry I have not posted for a while but I have been busy with my very grumpy teething 6 month old baby and 5 year old has been on school holidays.
I have been on my initial training day to become a cambridge counsellor and have just sent off my accreditation papers so fingers crossed I pass so I can then help others achieve thier goals.
I have gained few pounds so Im back on ss for a couple of weeks to shift it.
