Why do I only make it for about 13-14 days and then blow it? I am kissing the 80s now; I even got out some of my new Spring/Summer clothes to keep me motivated (it's about 20 degrees here in PA). And I'm now on day 3 of full-out pigging out and not able to get tough again. I am wanting (LIKE CRAZY!) to hang tough until 01 March: no weighing, no playing mental games, no eating around the edges, etc. I just want to hang tough -I will be SO CLOSE to dream weight by then. Pam, please say some of your magic words to kick my butt and straighten my head out (what a visual!).
Another thing, what do I do with my Oatmeal (3/day) vs. the delish Horshata (sp?) (4/day)...up to this point I sorta mix and match throughout the day...like hold out and have a big ole' bowl of oatmeal at night. Can I mix the two throughout any given day or do I need to do one or the other. Also, FYI -I tend to always have a bar every day as well.
Okay -another cheating question (this is assuming you will have gotten my head straight again.)...I know EVERYTHING other than Cambridge is a step on the slippery slope. Having said that: can I, with your blessing, have a cup of tomato or V8 juice? I've had the Cambridge tomato soup and well...it's tough to swallow. But, I just want to heat up a mug of tomato juice and sip on it once a day if I want it. But -if you say no, then I won't.
