If ONLY had had the magic words to keep everyone on the straight and narrow I would surely be a millionaire by now! lol!
Let me address your tomato juice question first..
Tomato juice has 7.7 g of carbohydrate in each 6 oz glass,(and 6 oz ain't much!) Vegetable juice about 8.3. The carbohydrates are what you want to avoid to prevent stimulating your appetite. If you do that then I would not recommend you add anything else extra that day, not even a bar.
The Tonalin products are to be used exclusively for the best results. The therapeutic does of the Tonalin CLA is accomplished on 3 servings per day. Less then that it has not shown to have any effect on weight loss. Now you could have an additional serving of one of the other products on top of your CLA such as a bowl of oats. That won't slow you down, but if you add a bar and tomato juice it will likely cause a stall or major slowing down. You may have to make choices if you really want to get this weight off asap.
Do me a favor...go to the top of this board and read my link on EFT, go to the YouTube video and give it a try. I know it looks and sounds goofy, but just try it and see if it helps at all. You don't even have to believe it will work for it to work. Honestly! You can find lots of info on Emotional Freedom Technique online that explains the science behind it. It may be the thing to break you out of this self sabotaging behavior. You know what you want and yet you are denying your self. There is a reason. Try it and get back to me.
