I love you Pam. Thank you so much for your time.
Okay, I actually went to the EFT site and did the introductory portion of Tapping. Yes, I would say I felt a little relief on the particular topic I was thinking about. The thing is -if it's not one thing it's another. I will admit, I continually have huge issues at home that I'm slowly but surely breaking free from...i.e. I'm being sure my quadriplegic brother/and ex-husband are settled and secured. My 16-year old precious son and I will be moving out late this Summer into our own home close to where I got a new RN position which starts in two weeks (an hour away). In the meantime, things are a teensy bit stressful still under this roof for the time being. SO! I'm looking to start life over again here really soon -so I have lots of internal motivation driving me; but funny how that drive takes care of some things but slowly but surely peeters out in re to staying strong on Cambridge. I'm going to re-group again after I type this: write out my goals, have my son hide the scale, get geared up for that 01 March day. I actually am going to check into the Tapping a bit more -it did seem to chill me out for a few moments. Pam, I sure wish I was where you are now tho'...with this battle well behind me. And yes, you should be a millionaire by now -your strengthening words have encouraged so many of us through the years.
Okay -I will blow off the tomato/V8 juice and just stick with Cambridge (plus a little cream in my coffee)and I will also slow down a bit on the bars i.e. skip a day or two in between having one. When I'm in the groove, I totally feel fine...I just have to stop in my tracks before I give into whatever ridiculous little thing tempts me.
Thank you again Pam! Onward and upward -or rather downward, I should say. -Jessie
