I am in my third week of sole sourcing and have only lost a total of 9.2 lbs. The 1st I lost 6.6lbs., 2nd week 2.2. I started on April 4th and today is the 19th...shouldn't I have lost more??? The scale hasn't moved not one bit....what am I doing wrong??? I only eat my shakes and soups, am drowning in water and have only 2 caffeine free soda's per day.
Someone please advise....
