So a few months ago I went to the doctor. Doctor has digital scales.
I weighed in at 262 at that time.
Today I went to my OB/GYN and they has the older type doctor scales. The one with the slide bars.
I weighed 254.
Not sure if one is more accurate over the other but just based on the numbers I have lost 8 lbs.
I was hoping for WAY more after 2 1/2 - 3 weeks but I will take it! Anything is progress! I feel better so that's the main thing, I guess.
